During this class you will create a felted flower lariat using wet felting techniques. 

Learn how to felt multiple elements together – there is no stitching or gluing!

Your Lariat can be used as a necklace, belt, bracelet or even a curtain tie-back!

Wool roving and silk tops of your choice will be used to create your very own unique blooms

In this class you will learn how to felt around a ‘resist’ to create a bowl or pod.

Using merino wool roving and decorative elements students will make a ‘hollow’ wet-felted bowl/pod.

Colorful and organic, these bowls/pods make modern, eye-catching ornaments,

or can serve as functional containers.

Techniques learned in this class can be applied to make bowls, bags hats and more pods!

No prior experience necessary.

A fun, soapy introduction to the magic of felting!

In this class you will learn basic wet-felting skills…

you will use merino wool to hand-felt a bar of hand made goat milk soap.

This ‘soap in a washcloth’ is naturally anti-microbial and the felt jacket shrinks with the bar.

No more dropping slippery soap in the shower!

Kids and adults alike delight when they see wool roving magically transform into felt.

Colorful success guaranteed.  Felted soaps make fantastic and completely novel gifts.
